We don't "take on clients ..." we enter into a relationship with you, and when we do, we'll be upfront and let you know what you can expect from QSS and what we expect from you.
We'll do everything in our power to deliver what we say, when we say we'll deliver it, and within budget.
And ...
Software being complex, means sometimes things don't always go according to plan or work out as expected.
So we'll do our best and we ask that you do as well.
This means you'll pay on time, communicate any issues, and rave about how we help you, fair enough?
